   You name the sender

   Type the company name printed on the envelope, catalog or return address, and the address the mail arrives at. That is the whole of your side of it — under a minute per sender, and you never write or call anyone.

   We find the right channel

   Every mailer honors a different route. Ferna works out which one applies to that sender — their privacy inbox, an industry mail-preference service, or the prescreened-offer bureaus that handle credit and insurance offers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act — and sends the strongest request that sender will accept.

   We send it, on your behalf

   The request goes out in your name with the address you gave us, which is what makes it enforceable. Nothing is sent to any sender you did not add.

   You watch it go quiet

   Each sender shows its own status in your dashboard. Mailers print campaigns in batches, so a few pieces already in the post can still arrive; most people see about 86% less junk mail within 4 weeks.
